Under the South Australian Liquor Licencing Act 1997, it is an offence to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor deliveries must be signed for by a person over 18 at the time of delivery and will not be delivered to unattended premises.
